TERMS OF SERVICE


1. Acceptance of Terms

By entering and receiving services from Clara Barber, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions herein, you should not use or receive services from our shop.


2. Services Provided

  • Haircuts: We provide various haircuts based on your preferences including fades, trims, and styling.

  • Shaves: Classic straight razor shaves, beard trims, and shaping services.

  • Additional Services: Scalp treatments, beard care, and other services as advertised in our shop or website.


3. Payment

  • Payment for services rendered is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.

  • We accept cash and credit cards.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Appointments

  • Appointments can be made in person, by phone, or through our online booking system.

  • Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling at our discretion.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance.

  • Failure to cancel or reschedule within this timeframe may result in a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the scheduled service.

6. No-Shows

  • Clients who fail to show up for an appointment without prior cancellation will be charged a no-show fee equivalent to the full service price.


7. Service Guarantee

  • We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your haircut or service, please notify us within 7 days for a complimentary correction. This does not apply to hair growth or changes in your hair preference post-service.

8. Hygiene and Safety

  • We maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, using sterilized tools for each client.

  • Clients are expected to come in good health; we reserve the right to refuse service if a client appears ill or poses a health risk to others.

9. Liability

  • Clara Barber is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings while on the premises.

  • We are not liable for any allergic reactions to products used unless the client has informed us of known allergies prior to service.

10. Privacy

  • Your personal information is handled with confidentiality. However, we may use your contact information to confirm appointments or for marketing purposes unless you opt out.

11. Modification to Terms

  • Clara Barber reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
